Who needs coverage?

Please note: An adult is required to be listed as the responsible party for any policies where the applicant is less than 18 years old. We will gather the responsible party information later in the enrollment process.

Is the applicant the parent or legal guardian of all listed dependents?

If you want to purchase insurance for individual children/other non dependent children, each child is required to be on his or her own policy (be their own applicant).

You may create a separate applicant record for each minor child after the current applicant has been processed.

Please remove the dependents that are not the biological children of, or under the legal guardianship of the current applicant record.
